Disinfectant Cleaning Procedure
To prevent the spread of germs, we employ a thorough disinfectant cleaning process. Our cleaning includes the proper sanitation of visibly dirty surfaces, followed by the application of recommended disinfectants.
Our service is suitable for various non-healthcare facilities such as schools, offices, day-care centers, and community centers. If there are suspected or confirmed cases of illness, we advise clients to inform us. In such cases, we recommend closing off affected areas before initiating deep cleaning and disinfection.
Our cleaning staff will utilise disposable personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the process to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination.
Once the disinfectant cleaning is complete, all used PPE will be appropriately removed and stored for 72 hours before disposal. Alternatively, a specialised waste management company will collect it. Our cleaning staff will meticulously clean and disinfect infected areas, as well as high-traffic zones like reception areas, corridors, bathrooms, and kitchen/canteens.
We focus on disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as door handles/panels, handrails, light switches, telephones, keyboards, chairs, tables, floors, and hard surfaces. To meet hygiene guidelines, we use appropriate disinfectants or chlorine for cleaning.
During the process, only one room at a time will be cleaned and disinfected. The closed-off area remains inaccessible until the 72-hour waiting period is over to prevent recontamination.
Once all deep cleaning and disinfection procedures are completed, the site manager can sign off the building and hand it back to the responsible person. This ensures that appropriate measures are taken before allowing re-entry.
